Crystal Singing Bowl sound therapy strengthens and balances the bodies’ energy centers called chakras. It also helps to release blocked energy. The external rhythm of the singing bowls synchronizes with the internal rhythm of the body, sending participants into a deeply relaxed state, and it is in this relaxed state that healing takes place.
Reiki is a loving healing modality in which universal energy is applied through gentle touch and intention. Reiki can help with relaxation, stress relief, pain relief, physical and emotional healing, and overall well-being. This is an opportunity to receive Reiki healing in a community setting. By opening ourselves to the healing energy as a group, we are also helping create a network of healing within our beloved Burberry Outlet London town. Jennifer will go around and apply hands-on reiki to all participants as they are relaxed in savasana, or whatever position is comfortable. Please dress comfortably.
